Coproduction and inclusion: A public administrator perspective

This article theorizes equality and inclusion in coproduction, from the perspective of public administrators. Coproduction may occur across policy cycle at individual, group, collective levels, for reasons both instrumentality (such as improved efficiency) normativity democracy).
